Sue Contreras

Board member

Sue is a 47 year resident and active volunteer in Kirkland. She had been involved with Hopelink as an ELC tutor; Kirkland Performance Center Board Member; Park Board Member; she and a team decorate the Cow and Coyote sculpture in downtown Kirkland; married to Santos and mother of sons Greg and Eric. Grandmother of Ava and Elle.

Achievements:

PTAGolden Acorn ; chamber of commerce: Bill Woods Award and Anne Owen Award; Cultural Arts Commission Award; Grand Marshals of the 2022 Fourth of July parade.

Ramesh C. Jain

Board member

Mr. Ramesh C. Jain is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive background in mechanical engineering and industrial management. Notable highlights include his honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur, and his Masters from Cranfield University, UK, where he was recognized as the best student of his session. Throughout his career, Mr. Jain played pivotal roles in organizations like Eicher Group, where he restructured the company's portfolio, improved human resources, and initiated a culture of Total Quality Management (TQM). He also made significant contributions as the Managing Director of Eicher Tractors and Gear Business.

Moreover, he has a wide-ranging experience, having worked with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. and currently serving as Chairman and Director on the boards of various enterprises. His active involvement in industry associations, including his tenure as President of the Tractor Manufacturers Association of India and contributions to CII and UNIDO, underscores his dedication to the business community.
